The Degree in Human Resources of ISCAP and our Research Center established a partnership with #EspaçoMunicipaldaMaia to study and contribute to the improvement of its Evaluation and Performance Management system.
The consultants for the improvement of the Performance Evaluation system are the students of the 2nd year of the Degree in Human Resources.
