From May 11 to 15, 2025, ISCAP will become the international meeting point for the Manage Virtually project by hosting the 4th Transnational Meeting of this European initiative. Representatives from Romania, Italy, Turkey and Poland are joining the Portuguese team for a week marked by constructive dialogue, an exchange of experiences and strategic decisions.
Right at the start of the meeting, the partners revisited the resolutions of the previous session, held in Gdańsk, Poland, and proceeded to clarify the criteria for evaluating the reports - now presented with a practical example that facilitates interpretation and strengthens confidence in the project's methodology.
One of the key moments is the analysis of the results of the student achievement tests, comparing performances between countries and extracting clues to improve the next steps. Sharing information about the conferences that each partner is preparing to organize adds dynamism to the action plan and reinforces the collective commitment to the defined objectives.
But it's not all about the technical work. The ISCAP Men's Tuna offers a traditional performance that surprises and moves the participants, creating a symbolic moment of intercultural celebration. The meeting between the students from the project team at ISCAP and the international partners proves to be equally enriching: the young people share experiences, ideas and proposals that reflect the real impact of the project on their education.
On the second day, the guests explore the ISCAP campus on a visit that deepens their knowledge of the institution and opens up new opportunities for cooperation. Then everyone evaluates Scenarios 2 and 3 of the simulation developed, identifying obstacles and proposing solutions in a collaborative and effective way.
The session ends with the final meeting to be held in Turkey and the reorganization of tasks among the consortium members - a fitting end to a week that reaffirms the European spirit of cooperation, innovation and mutual learning.
