Dora Martins

Associate Researcher

Dora Martins holds a PhD in Business Sciences - Organisation and Human Resources from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto and she is a senior lecturer at the Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP). She is director of the master's degree in Management and Human Resource Development at ISCAP, since its 1st edition (2011/2012 academic year). She collaborates with the Porto Business School since 2010 and with ISLA since 2015. She is a full member of the research unit in Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies at the University of Aveiro, since 2010, and an associate researcher of CEOS.PP since 2017.
