Aims and Objectives: The project’s main objective is the broad study of sectorisation problems and the development of a decision support system that can facilitate the decision-making process concerning sectorisation. Sectorisation Problems are often related to geographical issues, dividing a large region into smaller regions and respecting specific conditions. Examples include designing political districts, sales territories or health care and policing zones, determining municipal waste collection and street cleaning zones or locating schools and maintaining operations.
