Aims and Objectives: The aim of this study is, firstly, to develop and apply a cost calculation model for the Radiology/Neuroradiology Department that is useful for managing processes and resources and, at the same time, serves the purpose of internal reporting.

A second objective is to facilitate the implementation of the Integrated Responsibility Centre (IRC) model in the complementary means of diagnosis and therapy (MCDT) department.
