CEOS.PP hosts meeting of MGenZ Project - Soft Skills Assessment for Teaching Generation Z

CEOS.PP hosted a meeting of the European project MGenZ - Soft Skills Assessment for Teaching Generation Z, which aims to train teachers to face the challenges of the new generations, promoting evidence-based pedagogical decisions and more inclusive and effective learning environments, on 10 and 11 April.




MGenZ - Soft Skills Assessment for Teaching Generation Z, MGenZ - Soft Skills Assessment for Teaching Generation Z, part of the Erasmus+ KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training (VET) programme, aims to assess and strengthen the social skills of educators working with the Millennials and GenZ generations. The expected benefits include improved teacher effectiveness, increased student success and better adaptation to generational changes.


The meeting was co-ordinated by Susana Bastos, a lecturer at ISCAP and researcher at CEOS.PP, and featured an institutional presentation by Cristina Lopes, Deputy Director of CEOS.PP.


The Polytechnic Institute of Porto coordinates the international consortium, which includes partners from several European countries, namely SOKO Verein zur Förderung sozialer und kultureller Kompetenzen (Austria), INTEGRA - Institut za Razvoj Človekovih Potencialov Velenje (Slovenia), QUALED - občianske združenie pre kvalifikáciu a vzdelávanie (Slovakia) and the Greek Universities Network (Greece).
