She has a postgraduate course in Marketing and International Business and a Bachelor of Business Management.
She is a specialist in Management and Administration - with a specialisation in Human Resources Management.
She has an International Coaching Certification from ICC - International Coaching Community.
She is a researcher at the Management and Marketing research groups of BRU-IUL-ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon.
Senior lecturer at the Coimbra Business School - ISCAC.
She is author and co-author of scientific articles and book chapters in the following areas: Management, Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Tourism and Strategy, which are her areas of research interest.
In a business context, she has worked for more than 20 years in the areas of Management, Human Resources, Strategy and Marketing, working as manager in business groups with diverse business areas.
