Viviana Meirinhos

Viviana Meirinhos | PhD in Education Sciences from the University of Porto (UP), Master of Human Resources Management (HR) from the Sheffield Business School and Bachelor of Philosophy (UP). She is a professor and researcher in the area of Human Resources Management and Development at the Polytechnic of Porto since 1998.
During this path, she collaborated in the Special Projects Office of P.Porto, coordinated the technical-scientific area of Human Resources (HR), the HR bachelor's degree, the Career Guidance and Development Service of ESEIG and, currently, the Alumni and Career Office of ISCAP. She also integrates the Scientific Committee of the master's degree in HRDM. She was member of different management bodies (General Council of P.PORTO, Scientific Council of ESEIG and ESTGF, Pedagogic Council of ESEIG and ISCAP). In the research domain, she integrated the Centre for Research and Intervention in Education of the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto (CIIE/FPEUP), she was a member and coordinated the Centre for Research and Development of Human Resources of ESEIG (NID-RH) and coordinates the research line of Human Resources of the Centre for Social and Organisational Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS-PP). As a result of this, she participates in numerous national and international projects, resulting in the publication of several articles and books, as well as in the participation in conferences of the specialty.
She is also a PMP® Project Management professional and an external evaluator of processes of Recognition, Validation and Certification of Competencies certified by the National Agency for Qualification and Vocational Education and Training.
