PhD in Social Economy from the University of Valencia-Spain, specialist in Human Resources from the Polytechnic of Porto, and Master and Bachelor of Sociology from FLUP. Her intervention as a consultant and trainer as well as her research focus on Equality and Non-Discrimination in the Labour Market, Social and Labour Integration of People in Vulnerable Situations, Management for Diversity & Inclusion as well as HR Management and Development in Social Economy Organisations. She has participated in different European projects and is currently a main researcher of the ENFEM project dedicated to the integration of International Women in the labour market. She is a certified trainer in Gender Equality, having experience in diagnosis and implementation of equality plans. She is co-founder of HRin - Connecting Special People & Special Employers and of the A3S association.
