She holds a PhD in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour (ISCTE-IUL) and is a specialist in Human Resources. She has been teaching HR Management and Development in higher education since 1998. She has been part of several research projects and is author of didactic resources, books, book chapters, articles and scientific communications in Performance Management, Management by Competencies, HRM in microenterprises, Virtual and Augmented Reality and Virtual Teams. She researches and intervenes in the private sector and social economy within her fields of expertise. She held management positions in HRM of private and public organisations and was a consultant for private and public institutions, business associations, training centres and companies in various economic sectors.
