This event is part of a larger set of initiatives that aim to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the HR team of P.Porto.
With a hybrid format and a methodology that reinforces the participation of different professionals interested in HR training and in an informal atmosphere (consistent with the sharing of problems and solutions), we intend to create an open debate of ideas and proposals for intervention.

Format of the meeting "Small Group Meeting" with different players in HR training:
1. Large group moment: time to launch the discussion
2. Two or three rooms for sub-themes and breakout groups in the zoom: each room with a facilitator and secretary
3. Large group moment: sharing of the results of the discussion in pitch format by a group spokesperson
