ISCAP is hosting the seminar “Offboarding at BorgWarner”, promoted by the Degree in Human Resources, the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development and the Human Resources Group of CEOS - Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto.
The session is led by Sílvia Miranda, Senior HR Business Partner at BorgWarner Inc., who explores the importance of offboarding - the structured process of employee departure - and its impact on the company's reputation, employer branding and the experience of professionals.
