The Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto joins the annual initiative launched since 2005 by the European Commission - "European Researchers' Night" - with the CEOS.PP - DICEOS23 Researchers' Day.

The aim of this event is to publicise the work developed by CEOS.PP members. To this end, we will be holding, on the 29th of September, starting at 16:00 H,  a set of activities to create synergies between the researchers of this research centre and open paths for the future.

We invite all CEOS.PP researchers to submit their research papers/projects to easychair in one of the following categories:

​

• A - Research work already carried out: work completed in the last 3 years. An abstract of no more than 300 words should be submitted.
   

• B - Research work in progress: work in progress, such as projects, Master's work, PhD work, articles in development and others. They should be summarised in no more than 300 words.
   

• C - Research, innovation and development (RDI) work with companies-organisations-industry: work that has a strong link to industry, or has an impact on companies or organisations. They should submit an abstract of no more than 300 words.
   

• D - Pitch research ideas: the aim of this category is to bring ideas not yet fully formed to find working partners to develop future research projects. They should submit a text with a title and a provocative sentence (teaser).

 

The document to be submitted must contain the following data:

• Title

• Authors

• Membership

• Category (A, B, C or D)

• Abstract (maximum 300 words). In the case of category D, only one provocative sentence (teaser) should be submitted.

 

In addition to these categories, we will organise an exhibition of posters presented at past conferences (last 5 years). If you have any posters or roll-ups you would like to present, please contact ceos@iscap.ipp.pt, in order to manage the space available for the exhibition.
