Project Summary:

The strategic approach to alumni’s career development needs, throughout the life cycle, provides a valuable and unique framework to guide alumni relations. Within this framework, potential students/candidates are already considered as pre-alumni. Additionally, the distinction among career life stages provides a useful outline to the alumni relations field. At the same time, this framework allows Higher Education Institutions to better prepare students and graduates to effectively navigate their working lives. This project aims to research alumni relations practices and its contribution to facilitate career development.
