Junior Researcher

Master's student in Human Resources Management and Development at ISCAP – Porto Polytechnic Institute, and graduated in Psychology from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique. Currently, she is developing her Master's thesis, focusing on green organizational culture, green human resources management, and environmental performance. Simultaneously, she is completing an internship in the areas of compensation and benefits, as well as Talent Acquisition, where she has the opportunity to apply and deepen her knowledge in strategic recruitment, talent management, and benefits policy analysis. Her interests are focused on organizational culture, strategic human resources management, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and digital transformation in human resources management.
