Graduated in Psychology from the Federal University of Ceará, with a Master's degree in Administration from the State University of Ceará and a Ph.D. in Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco (title recognized by the University of Minho). Completed a postdoctoral internship in Cultural Studies at the University of Aveiro (2015). Supervision of dissertations and theses and participation in juries in Brazil and Portugal. Publication of articles in national and international journals and events. Full Professor of the Graduate Program in Administration at the University of Fortaleza (2010-2016), coordinator of the Program from 2013 to 2014. Full-time Assistant Professor at the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga, in Coimbra. Member of the Scientific Commission of the Ibero-American Congress of Qualitative Research and the editorial team of the journal Interações (PT) and the journal Contextus (BR).
