Cíntia Soares is a PhD student in Controllership and Accounting (UFMG), that's being carried out at the Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal with a CAPES scholarship, Master in Administration (UFMG) with a teaching internship at the University of Porto, Portugal. Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting, with specializations in HR Management, Teaching in Higher and Basic Education. Currently specializing in Public Management at UEMG. Her professional career has included management positions in the public sector and banking/finance. Teacher on technical and undergraduate courses in Administration and Accounting. Consultant and instructor in the public sector. Researcher with publications in the areas of health, management and teaching.
