Alexandra Albuquerque holds a PhD in Linguistics (Terminology). She is a senior lecturer at the Language Department of ISCAP-P.PORTO - Porto Accounting and Business School. She coordinates the International Office of ISCAP since 2004. Researcher at CLUNL (Nova University of Lisbon). Vice director and researcher at CEOS.PP (ISCAP-P.PORTO). Member of the Technology-Assisted Learning Innovation Education & Lifelong Autonomy International Research. Member of editorial boards of several international journals and of scientific committees of various international conferences. Editor-in-chief of the Polissema Journal – Journal of Letters of ISCAP, since 2019. President of APCOMTEC – Portuguese Association for Technical Communication, since 2015. Secretary of the Technical Committee 221 – Terminology and Language, of IPQ – Portuguese Institute for Quality Services.
