Workshop Supervising is the key to the smoothness of the studies | For Researchers

"Supervising is the key to the smoothness of the studies" is a 7 hour 30 minute workshop run by Sunanna Saukki for CEOS.PP researchers who want to learn strategies to become better supervisors. Four topics will be covered and discussed - "The Dilemma of Study Plans", "Learning Support Needs", "Positive Pedagogy and Strengths" and "Supervisor Skills" - with the aim of:

1. Increase awareness of students' unique needs and improve their teaching-learning experiences.

2. Equip participants with tools to apply positive pedagogy in supervisory roles and help them better understand and develop their own strengths and growth as supervisors.
