From concept to execution: Building an event from scratch

On 18 April, ISCAP will host the seminar “From concept to execution: Building an event from scratch”, as part of the Postgraduate Course in Event Management.

The session will be led by Maria Maia, Marketing Director & Events Planner at Rollercoaster Group, who will share her career journey and vision for the events industry, addressing the main challenges and opportunities in the field, with the aim of motivating participants to take an active role in shaping their professional path and to view the sector as a space for innovation, growth and personal fulfilment. The speaker, who holds a degree in Business Communication from ISCAP, has built a career marked by her ability to transform ideas into memorable experiences, creating communication strategies that bring brands closer to their audience.

Part of the Postgraduate Course in Event Management at the Porto Executive Academy (PEA), in partnership with the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (CEOS.PP), the seminar aims to bring students closer to the professional world, promoting the sharing of knowledge and experiences within the sector.

The seminar takes place at 10.00 am in Auditorium 1 at ISCAP and is open to all interested parties.
