ICOMS, which takes place on 29 and 30 May at ISCAP, aims to provide a space for sharing research and the latest advances in the areas of organisational and management studies.


Professor Edward Altman, Emeritus Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business, New York University, is the Chairman of the ICOMS 2025 Scientific Committee and will be the event's keynote speaker.


Professor Altman was one of the founders (1977) and Executive Editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance and Advisory Editor of the John Wiley Frontiers in Finance Series. He has published and edited two dozen books and more than 160 articles in academic journals in the fields of finance, accounting and economics. His work has been published in many languages, including Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish. In 2005, Prof Altman was named one of the ‘100 most influential people in finance’ by Treasury & Risk Management magazine.


CALL FOR PAPERS

Research papers should be submitted as full articles or extended abstracts. Topics include, but are not limited to:

- Sustainability and Social Business;

- Resource and Competence Management;

- Information Systems for Decision Making and Digital Transformation;

- Communication and Technologies;

- Finance (corporate, behavioural, risk management, markets, economics)

- Marketing (strategic, operational, B2B, B2C, social networks, consumer behaviour);

- Accounting, auditing and taxation.


By submitting your proposal you will have the opportunity to present your work, in person or online, and to network with other researchers, teachers and academics.


Three types of original article are accepted:

- Full article (up to 12 pages);

- Short article (up to 7 pages);

- Extended abstract (2 pages).


Articles must be presented in English and must not have been previously published or be under review elsewhere.


IMPORTANT DATES

- Deadline for submission of extended abstracts and articles: 04.04.2025

- Notification of acceptance: 02.05.2025

- Deadline for payment of the early registration fee: 15.04.2025

- Conference registration deadline: 16.05.2025

- Event date: 29 - 30.05.2025
