Paula Maria Batista Silvestre

Degree in Sociology, by the University of Porto, Post-Graduation in Local Power, Development and Socioeconomic Change, by the University of Porto, Post-Graduation in Training Management by the Instituto Empresarial Portuense and General Management Course at Católica Porto Business School.  Since 2003 she has been the Coordinator of the Training Area of AEP and since 2016 she has been the Director of AEP Competitiveness, which as of 2020 will be the Training Department and the Advisory to AEP's Administration.  She represents AEP in the Technical and Pedagogical Council of CESAE Digital, a protocol center of IEFP, IP, in the Monitoring Committees of PO NORTE and COMPETE2020 and institutionally, when delegated, by the Board of Directors represents AEP in different forums. 

Raquel Garcez Pacheco 

Degree in Social Communication from the Porto School of Journalism (1996 - 2000), with a post-graduation in Journalism in Medicine and Health, at the University of Coimbra (2005). She attended a Master in Communication Sciences (2015 - 2017) at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto. She worked as a journalist for 7 years and then took on the position of Communications Advisor for 10 years in a company in the Health area. In 2016, she founded the Communications Agency - COMUNICAR-se, where she currently assumes the position of General Director.
