Disinformation, Journalism and Civil Society

ISCAP, in partnership with the Complutense University of Madrid, is part of the NATO Public Diplomacy Programmes project, on the theme “Disinformation through images in times of war: from Celluloid to Artificial Intelligence”. The project is coordinated in Portugal by Professor Sandrina Teixeira, coordinating professor at ISCAP and researcher at CEOS.PP.

ISCAP is promoting the Forum with the theme “Disinformation, Journalism and Civil Society”, a meeting of experts and academics focused on disinformation, in particular the analysis of fake news, fact-checking and combating disinformation within civil society.

The final goal of this project is to create a publication on the subject of disinformation, presenting the results of the discussions and proposing good practices for tackling this global challenge.
