About the Event
Kalenike Uridia is a licensed attorney from Georgia, currently pursuing an LL.M. in Sustainable International Development at the University of Washington School of Law, where he is honored to be a Barer Fellow. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
He has served as a Research Fellow at the University of Limerick in Ireland and as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Münster in Germany and Université Lumière Lyon 2 in France. His professional background includes working as a Specialist in the Research and Legal Provision Department of the Constitutional Court of Georgia and practicing law with both a law firm and a non-governmental organization.
In his upcoming masterclass, titled “Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility as Key Forces Shaping ESG and Business Commitments to Human Rights,” he will explore how effective corporate governance frameworks and socially responsible business practices can drive meaningful progress in environmental, social, and human rights arenas.
